Hey Hen. You could try contacting TC from the XS11.com site. He has dealt with the copyright stuff with Yamaha before and may have suggestions to help out or speed up an answer.

Just to get this going again, after Qld Meeting Jeff has a nice embroidered emblem but I think it would look good with gold XS1100. and I think my set up of the Symbol and Address on the sleeve is the way to Go and of coarse our names under the Emblem whats the Go People ;)

Finally got My shirt together ::) for some reason I need a collar  :'(so at huge expense I got this guy who does embroidery to make up some Templates and then put them on a shirt and cap I think the  some of the stars could be bigger but what do you all think. I am not sure if we  can use the Yamaha symbol ?? so please let me know. It works out at about $13.00 for the flag and XS1100 put on anything
and the symbol and Xs.com.au $7.50.

With computerised screen printing i would of thought the transparency process and rendering would be generated from the jpeg sample provided ?
May need to contact someone in the industry on that one........... or is that something you already have gotten a definative on Xtian ?
As seen on the back of Ev s t-shirt......when i look at the black and gold.......it straight away screams XS1100. Just my opinion but manufactures colours say a lot about our steeds with out even using words.
I do like the use of a 3D map of the flag flying in the wind.

The reason for the change is that to do a screen print rather than the iron on plastic patch you can't have transparencies.

Great looking logo....is it possible to incorporate the transparent black and gold "XS1100" wording as seen on the stickers......... over the map of Australia?
Just to flavour it with the well recognisable yamaha logo and colour.

Here's the pics of my original shirt from Cafepress. When I eventually received it, I was quite disappointed with the placement of the rear printing which is not adjustable in placement on the website designer page. I wanted to have start up somewhere near the stitch seam across the back. Also forgot to put Australia under the front logo but I fixed that omission in the pattern. Maybe an Aussie company could do something along those lines but more suited to our local tastes.
Sorry for the poor pics too. Proper camera battery was flat.

Here's my version. I altered the pattern slightly from the original version I bought... but you get the idea where I was headed. Mind you, I did have a problem with the delivery. The first one got lost, and after about ten weeks, I contacted them and they sent me a replacement which arrived in just over two weeks. About a month after that, the original one turned up. Must've gone the long way round, eh?

Am going for a bit of a run tomorrow morning. Will get pics of the actual shirt then.
