Alterative sites to post and imbed images

Now that "PhotoPhucket" has screwed most of it s users and held them to ransom......here is a few "FREE"alternative sites to consider..

Xtian .....I know the forum has it s own "Photobucket " account......I just like to have my own personal account.
Due to how "Photobucket" has decimated not only our library of past information as well as many other forums I would nt piss on their CEO and cohorts if they were on fire .

 
Yes you can still have your own PB but you can also upload to the Group PB.
Nothing stops you doing that.

You need to have Google Chrome to make it work but you can view all of the photos that were in place before the photobucket change.

You should be able to view Photobucket pictures again on this and other forums. Worked for me.

Why should anyone pay...when there are not so greedy sites out there. I say dump photobucket like a hot potato and start afresh.......remain fluid in this ever changing environment called the internet.
There are never any guarantees ...anyone can buy anyone out and apply charges where ever they want.
It reminds me of that Arsehole who bought the rights to the lifesaving drug that people with Aids need..................he then put the price up through the roof. He is known as one of the most hated men in the world.

Photobucket is pure and simply price gouging and taking advantage of the situation they hold over those that used their site.
If they had been more reasonable in their pricing they would have made money with out the backlash they deserve.

I've been using imageshack since I joined this forum........just say'n, and some of my old photos on here go A.W.O.L. too

Ta, I could download all the libraries from the XS Aus photobucket site and have them ready if we need to shift them.
Only problem is when everyone starts using other photo sites, what's to stop them doing the same thing?

I've been paying for PB for the past few years and am paid up until May 30 next year (under the old, advert free PB)- This is the only site where I use 3rd party hosting -
I'll prop start using the XS PB (after May 2018) but feel that the cost of that should be shared by users and not be on our Liege.

Xtian ....personally once someone or an entity screws me...I m like most other people...I Don t come back for seconds.
Imagur is a more user friendly and less glitchy site....

You can still have your own PB account doesn't stop you creating your own library on the sites PB account that way you should be able to share.

One can still view all the old, non deleted photos on the site using Chrome with the add on. At least last time I tried it. I posted earlier about the link on how to do so. Go ahead and try it and maybe save those pics to a new account. I deleted all my pictures after a rant that was silly and have lost all my photo's. I wish I knew earlier about the add on as I would have saved them all.

Well ever since I joined this forum both my avast sec and my iPhone won’t let me even go into photobucket! Even when I have a look at posted pics I can only view some the others are blocked for security reasons.
That’s why I’ve never posted pics.
I’ll have a look at these others one day and put some pics up.

Yahoo............back in business with Imgur 
The second pic ......I right clicked and saved as an image...... from the photobucket library....to my PC ...then uploaded via Imgur.
