Yep good day had by me too, met up in down town oberon with tony eddy and dave who were just taking off there helmets when i arrived with scotty and spike arriving from different directions a short time later. A strong coffee and then we were led out of town by spike on the honda ......we really rode behind just in case it broke down again  and a brisk pace along roads ranging from open view long sweepers to blind tight stuff followed by a few hours of yarning eating and a couple of refreshing drinks. Thanks to all who showed up

Lou and his mate Pete (on his 750 Kwaka) and a few of the lads from the local VJMC travelled to Wakefield Park just out of Goulburn to watch qualifying for a local club event and then the three of us went onto Taralga for lunch to meet the others. 

Attendees were Jonesy, Scotty, Eddy, Tony, Clutch, Lou, Pete, Xtian, and Spike on the ever reliable Honda. (hope I haven't forgotten anyone)

Deals were done on various XS spares, I got some frame bits I was after, Tony got my old spare engine and Lou got a new Fairing.

Lou was sent to the Sin Bin by Scotty for his "transgressions", Scotty was of course in fine form as usual adding to the colour of the day.

All in all a great day with good company.

Have a great Xmas everyone and thanks again for your friendship and fine company over the year.

Then swinging by M4 and Mulgoa Rd to RV with Clutch, 15 minutes later

Then onto Oberon to RV with Jonesy, Lil Scotty??? and Spike by 1030

Then onto Taralga via the Jonesy Magical mystery Tour RV with Lou and Skarfey.

Xtian, are you coming from Sydney or down south?  (can RV with Clutch at 0815, call to confirm)

I'm putting the wheels and disks together after getting them polished and painted, picked them up this morning, now there going to make the rest of the bike look ordinary.

I've always been a fan of not doing work on a bike the night before your leaving for somewhere and here I am doing it.

Doing some preparation for Saturdays trip I got the old girl up to 275Km/hour.....................................

 Then I remembered I hadn't calibrated the electronic speedo to the new pickup. I was actually doing 60Km/h........all good.
