Dropped it off to the local muffler shop and a couple of subtle little kinks and $88 later the exhaust sits in nice and neat with a centrestand that folds up properly, soon as the roads dry I'm out for a scratch test.

if you were to follow the header pipes from the initial bend out of the head and follow them down the front frame rail, looking across the motor and lining the pipes with the frame,,  see how much difference of angel there is at this point, this may help in getting a reference point and a spot to bend them

I made my own pipes between the headers and the mufflers. What a job. A couple of mm either way made all the difference.  Took forever to get it right.

I recently acquired this system from one of the other members (Rest of the deal still to be completed by me)
Any way first time I tried to fit I couldnt even get it to fit on due to fowling with the sidestand, brake lever and frame rail below the alternator. Talked to ol mate who did the swap and he said he didnt like it and would never be fitting to his bike and gave his blessing to go in hard to make it fit...........ok sounds right up my alley
Anyway to get the right side on needed some brute force and ignorance, provided by 6 foot of pipe to make it clear the frame and brake pedal

to fit the left side I had to bring it in closer to the bottom frame rail as it just stuck out way too wide at the end of the muffler when viewed from the rear. all with the help of wedges, turnbuckles and wire rope

I finally got it to a half reasonable position and decided to take it for a test run but before I could get to the bottom of our goat track driveway the center stand was scraping over bumps WTF! any way I took it into the village and back. sounds nice and pulls quite well without any flat spots so happy happy on that regard

had a closer look when I got back and saw this.

next thing is to chuck it on the ute and take to an exhaust shop to tweak it some more with a bender so the muffler finally sits below the axle and in tight next to the final drive.....sure I could heat it and do it in the shed my self, but I want to do it cold so theres no damage to the chrome and I've taken it as far as I can with my agricultural method
