I didn't upload my Avatar file after the new forum was created, it was transferred across with the data from the old one...   I think that the file refers to it's original directory and may not be stored along with the other forum bumph...

I checked... Yes.  my avatar "lives" on a completely different server and "links" to my forum profile via standard http linking.  So I don't see the directory error others are seeing.

I figure this is a forum settings configuration problem that should be fairly easy to sort out... I'll dig a little deeper...

I noticed Miti has an animated avatar on recent posts...........I m guessing it s only a "permissions" function that needs to be enabled .

Now that the forum is on the up and stable........any chance of a little personal flavours being added ?
I ask this as recently trying to add an avatar I was as unsuccessful as Mudsey trying to post a pic .
