Plus................
different pistons with a higher dome on the crown, reshaped combustion chamber in the head with bigger diameter valves, less agressive camshaft profiles and ignition advance differences to match.

Yes, the later model was "improved" with less clearance for the valve discs. Also no spark timing adjustment and electronic spark advance.
I haven't heard of any other major differences though?
