going on the last bit of the conversation it may be a combination of type of fluid, condition of hoses,

if it,s only started happening, what have you changed

ps, finally got to see the pic ::), even with my old specs,, have never struck the prob myself

I"ve seen a similar sweating effect on the hydro clutch line on my suzzie
if the line is  very old to original  replace  it
 this may be a clue

Yeah there was a cloud in my shed, but I dismissed as being any sort of problem, reckon I should open the doors so it can move on?

Awww....for cryin out loud guys.........seriously.....Jonesy aka Mudsey is trying to get to the bottom of a problem here...... ???
As Such I have provided some information regarding condensation as follows... :D

Condensation forms when water changes from a vapor to a liquid. In the process, molecules become more organized, as opposed to the random structure of water vapor molecules. This all occurs as the water is cooled and there is less heat energy for the individual molecules and particles to move around. It then condenses.
Water is always present in the air, even if it cannot be seen, which makes clouds the most common example of water condensation. Individual water molecules combine with particles of dust, salt and smoke to form cloud droplets, which combine to create clouds. When water droplets become too heavy to be supported by the air below, precipitation occurs.

Now.......to try and "shed" a little light on your problem... ;D
Have you noticed any clouds forming in your shed above where you park your bike ? ;D
