Well No. . . This Isn't the self same bike, - But It Is in Werribee (Or, really close to it, - in Tarneit) - And, It Is in about the same condition as the Other one,
(Probably Better 'cause it's only been retired for about three years...
The Yamaha XS1100 is the bike that won the Castrol 6 Hour race in the 80's, (I still have the magazine article about it, I'll try to it find for the buyer too,) which shows how Fast (Yep ! it's Real fast,) and how reliable they can be, (Hmmmm... Maybe that's why they're still so sought after,)
This old bike has only spent the last 2 or 3 years gathering dust in a garage, But now it has to go ASAP. (Sound familiar ?)
It is sold "as is" and it does not run. Comes with a "Gear Sack Rack & Bag, and a workshop manual.
Ah Huh ! - The number plate hasn't been removed on this one (To make it easier for You to trace it's history, & to make it (A Lot) easier to re-register in your name.)
