1900 klm @100 kph until you get within coo-ee of a town then it's 50 kph for the next 1/2hr,,times that by how ever many revenue raising speed zones [damn it I swore I said safety concern zones } there are, then all the fuel stops, and sore bum stops, and countless miles of straight roads ,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Hmmm 1900kms@100k/h that's only 19 hours Steptoe, should be no trouble for a fit young bloke like you.
Another idea is to stay on holidays......I'm not far off that now.

Shame the owner hasn't shown up.  I'd love to know more about the bike.

He said he imported it from Singapore, but I didn't hear whether or not he spent a lot of time restoring it.

I was going to Healsville, till I let down the others, cause I bought a couple of bikes I couldn't resist, so financially I was strapped.
There is no way that I could get anywhere near that!!!! Good on him, Great looking bike, and should be more insentive for all of us to try to get ours looking like that!!!!!! Yeah right?

Some lovely bikes on display though probably not as many as I thought there would be.

Only 1 XS1100, but it was worth the trip on it's own.

What looked like a mint Midnight Special. I nearly had a moment when I saw it.

Luckily saw the owner driving off on it as I was leaving and grabbed a couple of seconds of his time. Really nice bloke and he's promised to look in on us (has been meaning to do so for a while).

Not sure I should steal his thunder and post pics. I might wait until he posts a few in his intro.

If he hasn't shown up by Monday night, I'll pop my pics up.

This baby is worth the wait, I can tell you.
