Dyna Coils went in today.  Had a couple of problems fitting the brackets, Use the frame on the 81 as a mock up and then transferred the units to the 78.  the difference in the hole alignment was around 10mm.  Fixed it by drilling bigger holes in the brackets.

Before Dyna Coils bike had problems idling and would not rev smoothly.

After Dyna Coils.  WOW.    ;D  no more spluttering and smooth through the rev range.

A Highly recommended mod

Also replaced the fuse box with one of those pommy after market numbers.

Getting excited about Bourke.

Eddy , aside from removing the resistor located on the frame under the left front side of the tank and bridging out the 2 wires..........go for it.

There have been many happy customers and  good reports after fitting the Dynacoils.

Hi folks,

Has anyone fitted the 3 ohm Dyna Coils to their XS11's?

My plan is to fit them to the 78 Standard before Bourke.

Any tips?

Cheers
