yes koni's,,,,

I bought the last pair in Aus, they were in a little shop in Perth,, yrs ago when building the outfit,,

if I'd known about thicker springs, I would have got em, :-[ sounds simple but there you have it,

eenie hoo,, blew the top seal out in the first 100klm, got shat right off, :'( they weren't cheap

then found the hagon site :) and asked for the larger springs,, and bobs your uncle 8)

still have them in a box,, you just never know when  :-X :-X

Hey guys - just thought it might be worth mentioning I'm running a set of uprated IKON rear shocks from Proven Products in Albury on my outfit. Much like the old Koni 7610s, but with thicker spring wire and heavier valving. I've been very happy with them so far.

Always good to get a couple of quotes...

Hey Steptoe,

That's him. Darryl from Euroa. Really nice bloke even if he is a pom.

Thanks mate, I'll give him a call when funds allow me to upgrade to them.

Cheers

ay john,, mate I love em,, although I did get 8mm springs instead of the standard,,

I asked for them because of the 2 up factor and are starting to use the trailer more, and the standard size don't cut it with that amount of wieght,

the run we did to meet Xtrian last yr, was 2 up with the gearsack fairly full, and the shocks were only on the second notch,, very comfy,, and affordable

don't know if my wires are crossed or not ,, but the fella I bought mine off
Moose Racing" <dgr66699@bigpond.net.au>    says he builds them, in Euroa victoria

unless we're both talking about Darrell   and my wires are slipping

Hey Steptoe, what are the Hagon shocks like? See, I noticed more than the knee pads & rattle gun ;D

I'm looking to either repair my flogged out original shocks or replace them with shiny new ones. I know the bloke who imports them into Oz, he's laced a few wheels for me over the years. Really nice bloke and very helpful
