Mate, by far the cheapest way is to go to the UK site and download the full size template for the gasket then transfer onto some gasket paper. A hole punch to knock the holes through before cutting out the pattern then a sharp trimming knife or scissors to cut the shape out. Just take your time, and all should be well.

Head cover gasket for the RH
« Reply #1 on: September 21, 2010, 05:19:04 PM »
Hi all.  The silicone substitute for head cover gasket doesnt seem to work to well on the RH, leaking oil on to the exhaust header and smoking the garage out.  Whilst still trying to source a taillight, will have to put a real gasket in.  What is the best, cheapest way to buy a gasket?
Thanks
