Yep, leg was a result of being a biped on a moped (XS11 moped that is  ). My kids are self sufficient, and largely self funded, these days so holidays and pubs have been back on the to-do list for a few years now. It wasnt always like that though, and I know wherw your at but trust me, it gets better. Check out the Limerick sometime. It's a little sports bar, with a small bar and dining room, and a TAB, with the best social club i've ever come across. Theres a tram stop a couple of blocks up (not too far to stumble) and theres an SR500 bike club that meets there once a month as well. Have run into them a couple of times and they seem like a good bunch of guys.

Welcome aboard mate. I'm almost from Melbourne  at least a couple of times a year anyway  . I genrally make it over for the Melbourne Cup and at least one other holiday per year. I normally stay at the Rydges in Nth Melbourne, opposite the childrens hospital and drink in a litte pub just down the road called the Limerick Castle, on the corner of Errol and Arden sts. In saying that I don't think I'll make it this year due to a broken leg, but maybe I could give some of you a shout next time I'm in town.

Hi Fred,..........wow i m beside myself.there Seems like there are at least 3 xs1100 riders in Melb with a possible 4th.Almost enough for a Melbourne Chapter......................It s great to hear from everyone and as soon as i have enough time to sit and work out how to post pics i will.I m starting to get that" XS1100 Fever" all over again that made me buy one of these when they first came on the market and is the reason why i never let it go.

well the turnoff is just up the highway about 20 min from Seymour.
