You've tried shocking it with a few well placed and weighted hammer blows? Yes?

Ok, I'm looking for tips on getting the rotor off to replace the crank seal. Have got the screw in puller but it don't want to move and I don't want to do any damage.
A few searches only brought up the us site where they used heat on the rotor first.
Gas axe is on standby .
