Thanks guys, got a bit frustrated early. The Yamaha shop had said they'd been discontinued. Found an after market one that I ordered before going away. Should get it tomorrow or Thursday.

Yes there should be plenty available on ebay, though I haven't checked lately, but I would get two if ordering as the last time I got some from germany the ball on the engine end snapped off and I would have been stranded if I wasn't carrying a spare.
I too would probably have a spare.
Or if you have one that can be repaired or sampled you can try conwire at milperra

Seems a bit elusive, any ideas as to where one might acquire such a thing?
