My maths isn’t perfect but I figure that’s $240 at the most for the meals fri-sun so $360 for 2 nights accomodation. I’m guessing that not a 3-4 share room per person. Doesn’t add up.

I like the look of both those places Lou, Jonesy.
I’ll see if I can get some quotes as well.

Hey Brett,

At last years National Vintage Japanese Motorcycle rally held in Tamworth, a few of us went for a ride and had a beer at the Nundle hotel, while I was there I asked the publican about accomodation and meals, all seemed to be quite good, also has a massive beer garden out back, the pub is a huge 2 story classic looking.
Not saying it's the place to hold it, but just letting you know the vibes were very good :)
Cheers
Lou

I thought the Blue mountains would have some good spots, Jenolan caves.

The Dag looks Interesting. Looks well set up for groups. Awesome backdrop for photos.

I’ve had my feelers out and come up with a few options.
I’ve only looked at the information online so far I haven’t contacted.

This place seems to tick plenty of boxes but it’s Peak Hill lol

Not too far off center, plus some good  local roads for a saturday spin
Any other suggestions?

Just a comment in general ....the organization and time spent in preparation and arrangements to accomodate our meet ups can never be underestimated...to this i say a huge thank you to the key people such as Geoff and Michelle and Jonesy as well as Coops Eddy etc who put in to make it happen.
I know everyone is appreciative ...but sometimes we get busy with life and forget . Much of doing unpaid work for others is the reward of seeing the benefits others get from your efforts.
A reward that costs nothing is to pitch in where possible to share the load...as well as a simple thank you.
I m sure many already have done so and do so ...this is just generally speaking....if not..take the time to pass on your appreciation.
