Yeoval, the proposed lunch break town, is small (pop <500) Has a pub or takeaway shop for food. So might need some prior notice if they are going to be swamped by possibly up to 20 people at once. I'll make a call during business hours later today to see if they can handle without notice.

good news on  the rally front,
we have the park to ourselves like normal,   the other 2 groups aren,t coming now,
and Mr Jonesy and myself have sort of conjured up a saturday group ride of around 2 hrs with a lunch break going west of wellington instead of gulgong as previously ridden, {subject to change or other ideas of course}

Mr Jones ...your personalized hand crafted Trophies are da Bomb ...and I think far more appreciated than store bought Chinese crap .

HOWEVER
they may be an option (enabled via a small donation of all attendees at the "Family Get together ?" if your valuable time doesn t permit you to Craft and Weave your spell.... on otherwise cast aside relics and remnants that get a second life.
A Dremel tool could be used to engrave details on the day.

          this yrs rally dates are as follows,  friday after lunch 4th through until monday morning 7th of May  held again at Wellington Caves NSW

the FORMAT  will have to be a little different as there are 2 other groups potentially using the kitchen, 
----- 1 is a family re-union, {size unknown}
----- the 2nd a large  travelling group for a night or two over the weekend

most of our lads have already booked, so there are only the new comers or the undecided to accommodate
