Yep, using bearing blue to check contact area, will wipe clean when finished so hopefully wont burn valve or seat, can't say I've heard of that happening though.

do you use Prussian blue to check the valve setting position to close either way can burn the valve or the seat  :o

Yep, valve grinding paste, got all the inlets done so far, exhaust next, when I get some quality shed time

Does anyone have one of those thin little washers that sits at the bottom of the valve springs?
I stripped the head of the RH Re-Hab to fix leaking valves and found it was missing a washer
