Think i might have stumbled upon the reason for carby flooding,  putting the float and pin together in No: 1  the float was sticking? Nothing rubbing or touching anywhere! what the? Pulled the float and pin back out and put the 2 together off the carb and still not moving freely............bent pin, how does that happen?
