If that FZR axle is the 15mm one,  it's the same length and the same 14mm thread on the end as the 17mm XS11 axle, and the XS11 axle will screw into the FZR's left side fork, but you'd have to widen the FZR axle holes from 15mm out to 17mm and skim down the XS11 axles long head on a lathe to the FZR's axle head shape,  or maybe cut off and weld the FZR's axle head on to the XS11 axle.   Or else you could swap the XS11 wheels'  47x17 bearings to 47x15's and simply use the FZR's 15mm axle on the XS11 wheel...   that's  not mentioning the choice of discs and calipers and offsets etc.. yet...   8)

Forks turned up today.
May try and see if there is a way to put the XS wheel on, may have to have a different axle made up
Have to wait for some time to have a good look at it

They look the same forks as the FZR750 forks on mine,  41mm diameter and with a wider spacing than XS11 forks,  the FZR wheel has a lot wider hub than an XS11 wheel.  The clamps are about 10mm further forward/offset than standard model XS11's but at the same time the FZR forks are 40mm shorter in length and run a 17"' rim.

I stretched mine back to XS11 fork length with screw-on extensions because the FZR length doesn't have enough ground clearance running a 17" wheel on the XS.  The FZR stem is a fair bit longer than the XS11 stem,  I pressed the shorter XS11 stem onto mine for an easy fit to the XS headstock.

The steering stops on the FZR clamp need grinding back or alternatively grind back the XS11 headstock bump or a combination of both because the steering lock is lousy and it's easy to unbalance and arse off when doing a tight slow turn.   You need to rig a gadget to the lower clamp to mount the standards headlight adjuster,  I drilled and tapped a 6mm screw hole and added an alloy bracket.

The R1/R6/XJR bluespot calipers bolt direct to those FZR forks to match 320mm discs

they look like they {the fork clamps} are forward a lot from the centre bolt compared to our RH's,,,,

always thinking of leading links, :),

if they're far enough forward ,might not need a link

even if I used our forks {forward mounted axle}  in the new tree,,, mmmmmm
