Fred, after seeing your engine I knew it had to be done. Like you say, it looks great.

Are you housebound at the moment? I'll be passing your place more or less in a week or so. Would grab a cuppa if you were mobile enough to put the kettle on.

Mate,

nice shots of your trusty stead there ;D ;D
See you went with the filed fins like we did in the '70s, just adds that extra bit of class doesn't it. :D

We'll have to catch up as soon as this new hip starts to work properly, about 8 - 10 weeks still :(

That pic is black n white, that's why the wheels are silver. They all came in gold.

There's some pics of mine here:

Don't feel too bad about the restriction. It will give you time to get it looking really good and running really well.

Get some pics up and let us know where you are!!!!!

Yours will be one of these. Sold as a SPort in Europe and referred to as a European by the Americans. Over here it was sold as an XS1100RH and had the 5n5 prefix. The RH has a couple of differences to the Sport for compliance reasons.

It has a longer rear mudguard and a couple of reflectors that the Sport (5K7) doesn't have.

There are a few of them in Aus and a fair few owners on here.

Get some pics up and let us know where you are based.

Happy

post the first 3 digits of the frame and engine number. Should be along the lines of:

5n5
2h9

etc.

We'll tell you exactly what you have then.
