What I’m curious about is what’s with the blue bucket arrangement with all the tubes going in and out? Looks a bit suss to me, not that I would know anything about suspicious items.  8)

 Lucrezia DNA?

I'd say that'd have to be the black swirly wheels?

while the cases were split I discovered the little locating pin on the selector shaft was virtually flush with the shaft and very likely to let the whole thing move, worst case scenario turn and allow the cutaway that clears one of the gears by a whisker to come in contact and do some pretty catastrophic damage. quick fix to drill out what remained and tap in a new roll pin. crap photo but you get the idea

Cases assembled with new primary chain, new crank and output shaft seals all new ball bearings and crankshaft plain bearings, top half with 3 bond sealer on mating faces ready to receive bottom case

All 6 motor mounts got the CT Steel shouldered re-sleeve treatment, shoulder to prevent working its way out.

Short motor installed ready to build, heaps lighter for a weakling like me to install without a helper

Front end work includes, new fork seals, chrome chips wet stoned smooth to hopefully stop chewing out more seals, fresh oil and 8psi air, some lucrezia DNA, adjusted head stem bearings, and because RH's arent black enough I added some super black fork gaitors.......still waiting for front brake pads

Back end work includes, more lucrezia DNA, swingarm stripped & painted (the only cosmetic work on this build besides cleaning and degreasing) repacked and adjusted swing arm bearings, wheel, final drive and drive shaft splines all cleaned inspected (OK) and fresh grease, new EBC FA34 brake pads and unijoint rubber boot
