I'm sure with a bit of thought we could come up with something. As B Walker said it's not that expensive, I also know someone that can put the design onto a format that any business that does embroidery can reproduce. Size doesn't matter because once it's produced it can be made to suit a cap or a jacket patch and even printed on T shirts. A couple of bucks from a few people to get it established.  Whada yous all think?

As I said before HEN had some good patch potential  on a T shirt and baseball cap. May be an idea to ask

Shouldnt be that expensive. Modern embroidery is done digitally these days so as long as the design is sent in as a vector bitmap then the setup costs are low. Theres a really good shop just round the corner from work who does caps and such for around $5.00 each. If someone sends me a design I can get a quote if you like. No reason why they cant be done from here (NZ) if the price is right.

It's been a while since I asked last on this subject but is there or will there be a sewn on patch for club members. The reason I ask is because I have one from both the UK and US clubs and wouldn't want to miss out on the AUS club. I've seen pic's posted by HEN a while back with a baseball cap and shirt with a good potential club sew on patch
