Just a suggestion for the weekend, last year myself and Little Scottie went for a ride to Gulgong and had a look at the Museum, I class it as one of the best I've been to. if we left at say 11:30ish we'd be there by say 12:30 ish the ride is no more than about 75 or 80 Kms, get to Gulgong, have a counter meal and look through the museum, that way there is no need for anyone to rush or if there were arrivals coming Saturday morning would't miss out.

Only a suggestion, but I'm more than happy to go with the flow if we do something else ;)

Cheers

Lou

we find ourselves in a somewhat sticky organizational spot,
when we first talked to Jodie all the rooms were to be reno'd, all the top ones have apparently and the golf views will be started around the same time as we're there,, so,,,

we have run out of room,,,,,,,,,,,, bed wise that is,,,,,,,,  we have all the rooms across the top of the park and 4 cabins

we,re asking for a couple of lads with their own room would mind  having one room mate, or if anyone that is setup for camping and was bunking would mind bringing a tent that would be good, we,ll see how many offers we get and will go from there

we only need to make room for 3 or 4 bods going on current numbers, ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, an email will also be sent out to get the not so often users

Well it is now that time again to start making some formal plans for the annual get together - i see through previous posts several people have confirmed attendance which is awesome. As always we aim to make each year better than the last and we learn from past errs and from other experiences so looking forward to this years event being even better than the others.

As we are getting closer if you could please confirm your attendance, including when you are coming and going - that would be great - we will need to have final numbers by the end of March so that we dont have people sleeping on the street.  If you came last year you will remember the layout of the park - we have booked the rooms at the top of the park next to the kitchen for this year which is also close to the fire pit - so providing Jonesy gets firewood sorted we should be able to toast some marshmallows or something  ;D

Happy New Year everyone - see you in May  :-*

Sounds good to me Lou.  If the planets align and I can get there I would love the company for at least part of the journey.
