Please make arrangements to pay for your accommodation when you check in. The rooms have been booked in the name of the first person listed.
Christian has paid a $500 deposit to the park - the reimbursement of this will need to be sorted out between us and the park when we get there.
I have done a fairly educated guesstimate of catering costs which will include beer, rum, wine, soft drinks - nibblies and dinner Fri and Sat, sun nights, Brekky Sat, Sun, Mon based on 17 people - as Scotty is always the unknown man of mystery
- which will work out at around $120 pp , this will need to be paid beforehand so we can arrange delivery for Friday.
