Prawns, mushrooms, garlic, spices, herbs, avocado, mangoes, egg plant,Broccoli,Fancy Gauci tucker,.......so meat and three veg is the only way to go......
But I'm not a fussy eater

Numbers are up to 25 now with the addition of a few newbies to the event 

If you have any food related issues please let me know so I can arrange menu around you ie: I know mr jones doesn't do prawns, husband doesn't do nuts or avocado  - so if there is anything you are allergic to or really don't like - particularly protein wise, please let me know or forever hold your peace

nothing is ever easy in the life of organising men.  It would appear that Wellington caves have double booked some of our rooms and so I have had to re-adjust the bookings so that everyone gets a bed.  I have made the following changes - if you have any concerns with these please let me know.

PLEASE NOTE - this only affects those involved in the group booking - if you have booked yourself please disregard.

Hi Everyone - please take note of the following bookings that have been made with Wellington Caves for the rally. I have tried to put travellers coming and going on the same days together. Please make arrangements to pay for your accommodation when you check in. The rooms have been booked in the name of the first person listed.

Christian has paid a $500 deposit to the park - the reimbursement of this will need to be sorted out between us and the park when we get there.

I have done a fairly educated guesstimate of catering costs which will include beer, rum, wine, soft drinks - nibblies and dinner Fri and Sat, sun nights, Brekky Sat, Sun, Mon based on 17 people - as Scotty is always the unknown man of mystery  - which will work out at around $120 pp , this will need to be paid beforehand so we can arrange delivery for Friday.

G`day Hen,
Looks like Dena & I will leave Wangi early Friday for Wellington. Should have Arrived in Wangi Wednesday for a day or two on Lake Macquarie. (Also staying at a B&B at Mt Vincent on Tuesday, Balina Monday.)

Home trip will be a straight line back to Sunshine Coast.

Really looking forward to chilling out.  (Be great if we catch up en route also.)

Hi all

Just wondering what the rest of the Queenslanders trip plans are,(Tim, General) would be great to arrive together or do the whole trip together.

Myself and Bryan? and two non Believers are leaving Thursday, I assume via Warwick a night stay at Bogabilla ?  and then off to Wellington. That's 945 kms for me .
Then off Sunday mid morning for return leg..
