Well it has snuck up on us again and all plans are a GO for next week-end. Just to fill you in on a few things re food etc.

1. No prawns on the menu -  >:(
2. We have ordered a suckling pig for roasting Saturday night along with a sizeable chunk of cow for the non pork eaters amongst us - HEN!
3. The butcher and I workshopped how I would keep the pig cold until it was roasting time and he has organised a cold room which he will bring on Friday (with the pig inside) and then come and collect it on Monday - all for $100 - that is a BARGAIN and it means we don't have to get ice - winning !
4. I am having the rest of the order delivered Friday morning so that the husband person doesn't get bored sitting around watching the road waiting for the rest of you to turn up...
5. It would be helpful if you could tell me your drinking preferences before Monday 27th if possible - ie - normal rum, red rum, beer preference, soft drink preference - otherwise you will end up with my choice - which will be mainly red wine  :P
6. As we are touring on Saturday morning - if anyone is wanting to do a cave tour on Sunday please let me know so I can book it for us. if you check the website you can see the tours available and costs etc.
7. Mr Jones will again be in charge of fire duties - I am hoping that these skill have improved somewhat since our last Bourke get together........ :-*
8. If you are still to pay for catering costs please do so before next Thursday if possible.
9. Pack your woollies!
10. Travel safely  8)

Thanks Tim, will inquire further. Also does anyone know where I can get a new master cylinder for xs750 rear? I hear there`s a good supplier somewhere in Holland.
(I don't have an XS750 but it has a larger diameter master that fits the xs1100 is my understanding)....I need it to drive the rear brake as well as the sidecar brake simultaneously....have cleaned up the existing and added a kit, but the bore is almost shot.....but should get me to Wellington Caves...and hopefully pull us up on arrival!

There off an early model FJ and are suppose to be in good clean condition....I haven`t even looked at them. (Still in the box!) You can borrow them while yours are being done up if ya like, but will probly need bigger jets me thinks. (Where`s best ta buy them jets, what size and is that all we would need....maybe leave till the Rally to take a gander at their insides.) Cheers.

we,ll be doing a workshop forum thingy this yr,,, we,re going to using Stralyas' bike {Dan Tyson from sydney}, who has a finicky PITA blinker issue to be sorted

also going to do a top end tune, valve adjust, carb sync and colour tune, and all thats involved,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, if anyone would like to offer and has a selection of shims in their shed could they bring them along for exchange please

nothing has been said about another auction or such yet, does any one want to take this on and organise this for a bit of fun one evening

Hi can you please confirm in the cabin I am in there are only 4 people hen,2 non believers and Bryan.? and also is it $60 dollars for both nights or $60 a night
hi guys
nothing is ever easy in the life of organising men.  It would appear that Wellington caves have double booked some of our rooms and so I have had to re-adjust the bookings so that everyone gets a bed.  I have made the following changes - if you have any concerns with these please let me know.

PLEASE NOTE - this only affects those involved in the group booking - if you have booked yourself please disregard.

Park cabins x 4

In Friday 1st - out Mon 4th - Eddie - 3@ $75 = $225 + $13 linen = $238

In Friday 1st - out Mon 4th John Bickerton - 3@ $75 = $225 + $13 linen = $238

In Friday 1st - out Sun 3rd - Jonesy and Spike  - 2 @$75 = $150 + $13 linen = $163

Golf view cabins x 3

In Friday 1st -out Mon 4th - Xtian, Lou and Tim x 3 ppl - 3 @ $104.50=$313.50 + $31 linen = $344.50 total - $115 each

In Friday 1st - out Sunday 3rd -Scarfey, Brett and Errol x 3 ppl - 2@ $104.50 = $209 + $31 linen = $240 total = $80 each - Doug out Errol in

In Friday 1st - out Sunday 3rd - Hen x 4 ppl  + Bryan Horn- 2 @ $104.50 = $209 + $31 linen = $240 total = $60 each - Bryan added to this room

thanks in advance

Michelle
