Thanks Michelle, better lock me in for Friday Saturday Sunday + food. EDIT: that's Friday Saturday nights.
I have a new lease on life with the sleep apnea machine so that takes care of the snoring. I'll just have to do my farts in Eddies cabin before I go to bed.
I am starting to get worried the bike has been running so good something has to go wrong  :o

Hey Michelle,

I'm in......

A cabin on my own.(I don't want to subject others to my snoring and farting)

Friday, Saturday and Sunday night.

Thanks

Eddy

the cabin layouts are a double bed and 2 lots of bunks - I don't know about you guys but I think putting one of you lot up on a top bunk is asking for disaster!  So I am aiming to put 3 of you in a cabin and you can draw straws for who gets the big bed!

Yes Michelle, hoping to bunk in with others. Thought it was 2 to a cabin but see they sleep upto 7. Even if you plan to have 3 in a cabin I get that as $88+16.50 devided by three = about $34 a night each. Thats a bargain. Is that what you had in mind?

hi Brett - are you good to bunk in with a couple of other guys or would you prefer your own cabin - if you bunk in it will be much cheaper

I'm in, just working out days still. Thinking Danica will be following me to pick up any lost items, I mean carry my items, arr she just wants to head back to Parkes to see the relatives. But that means I can get a tent dropped of and other items so I might camp this time.
What day are the Sydney guys thinking of doing the run?

Edit: looking at the prices it seems not saving much camping so might as well get in a standard cabin if possible.

hi everyone - time to get serious about booking accommodation and arranging food for our wellington get together.
If you havn't already could you please email me if you are intending to come so I can start organising and let you know what costs are involved.
Also if you have any special dietary requirements or requests please let me know -

If you know of someone who is not on the forum but that usually attends please pass on my contact details so we can provide them with info.  I have also added this to the facebook event page.

thanks everyone  ;D
