By the looks jonesy as xtian said by the looks of the selector  forks in the piccys one has failed probably due to some heavy handed/footed changes,
Very much doubt it had anything to do with the second split on 4th gear in the top box ;)

I should try and get it all together so you can see were the problem was.....
Seems the the middle shifter fork snapped off and did the damage.
A bit scary when it all just locks up  :o  :o  :o
