Should make sure that the gap between the holes is enough so you don't develop cracks under hard braking

the only thing would be stds design, rules thing, is there a measure of metal between each hole,

other than that modify away

while your drilling said holes, if you can elongate each one by 4.35 % to counter act the 2.57% warpage that will come from the 3.62% lessening of the wieght of the disc relative to the pressure of the new brake lines, you should just about have it,,

or do as you intended to start with

Bryan, have MZ's got some unknown qualities on the racing front??
Just wondering if you've purposely mapped out 1 and a half times as many holes in your disc pattern than the MZ's in order to reduce the weight a bit more??

Information just at hand and a look at my MZ rotor suggests that the new pattern (2)
should be the hot setup. I have 6.5mm drill bits.

I have noticed a few disparaging remarks about drilled rotor pattens here and thought I should
get approval of the pattern I have designed for my own machine prior to drilling.......
Comments please.... not enough?.....too much?
