Its getting power from some where, have you got a manual, also check fuses to make sure not bridged?? I once had a falcon that wouldn't turn off when lights on, it ended up being a stop tail light bulb. The stop element  had bridged  to the  tail light bulb and was creating a circuit  to the ecu. :o

Any ideas why the key and the kill switch won't kill stop the motor. All electrics turn off. Lights etc..

A starter solenoid issue? The red/yellow wire that comes from the igniter unit goes directly to the positive terminal on the solenoid?
