This is the measurement for the exhaust gaskets .
(44.5mm OD x 38mm ID x 5.0mm)
So the pipe will have to be not over or under these OD and ID measurements.
Hope this helps .
The exhaust flanges that have the finned sections are to suit the original exhaust the bike had.
You ll have to either source studs to suit the exhaust flanges you have or pack the existing ones with spacers and washers .

Thanks Jeff. It's one step closer  ;D

I'm curious whether the headers are standard, aftermarket, or even made for this bike though, so some measurements from a standard header would be helpful if anybody has a spare header laying around..  8)

Cheers!

G'day all.

Trying to make sense of the zorst that came on this bike of mine, as it doesn't appear to fit. Being that i haven't seen another to compare to i'm hoping you guys might know/be able to shed some light.

So i have a four into one exhaust and two different size flanges. Heaps of the square one, only three slotted. BOth flanges fit the bike, but neither tighten the header and leave it quite loose.

Here's how it measures out...

If anybody has a standard exhaust around they could possibly compare measurements for me that would be super awesome!

Cheers,

Matt
