Hi Eddy
I think its three but will confirm when I get home.
If your ok to sell one it would be appreciated. The 42.5 pilot jets are only $5 each but the postage is $40. If I can replace the dodgy float mount it would fix two issues. I can post you a return postpak with the cash to make it easy, as for some reason filling out postal addresses is painful. Thanks

Jonezy                Its number three and four that are cold. I cant get any air through the port in the carb bowls for these ones, so I have a ultrasonic cleaner on order and will give them a bath. Looking at the posts it looks like the float settings are of some importance, so I will spend some time on them as well. I have a morgan carbtune on order as well so I can try synchronising them.
Aussies spec sheet has all the pilot jets at 42.5 so will put a new set of those in. Everthing else looks to be ok except I have a broken post top where the float pin goes. We have fashioned a fix on it but its too crude to elaborate. I cant remember which coils go to which plugs without looking at it. Next I have to do some research on what the timing is up to and check if the vac advance thing is working. Rgds

Hi All
I have recently moved into the world of carburation with my restoration.
The bike is maybe 1980 with the maroon tank.
Bog standard with octopus and the original airbox.
While removing the pilot jets, one did not make it out alive.
I would like to replace all with new. Does anybody know what the size is for that setup.
Have got a sonic cleaner on the way as bike is running on two pots and I think the main uptakes are blocked.
The carbs had corrosion from the tank in them so Im surprised it fired at all.
Creeping ever closer
