problem with that is that XJ forks are leading axle, like the Specials, and RH's

Anyone shed a light one this?

I,d be reckoning one person has written xj 1100 and someone else has read it as xs1100,,

I looked at the forks as well, but not sure as I've never seen forks like those ones. Any one out there that can shed some light?
I've been riding Yamahas since 1976. Only other bike was a Honda CB900F 1978.
last bike ridden XS1100RH 83 1995 sold the bike to fund an O/S trip. Have a XS1100E for 12 yrs and ready to restore.

Bit confused here due to the axle clamps on both sliders and the mystery castings and bolts above the mudguard mounts, let alone the air balance line between the legs but - CLICK anyway. 1c  start price
