If you don't have a dipstick, my manual for the E model says 360ml for middle gear case & 300ml for the diff.

Gearbox and diff oil levels

Just drained the gearbox and diff oil, gearbox had about 180mm but I lost some initially at the start, the diff about 280mm, without using the  dipstick method can anyone tell in millimeters how much fro gearbox and diff take, I only have tonight to get this sorted.
