coupla questions?.....whats that cable thing coming out of the top box?
and is it an optical illusion or is that rear tyre very flat profiled like a car tyre?

The cable is the wiring harness for the brake/tail lights and that tyre is a spare from a rig with a sidecar. I had that on while I replaced the rear wheel bearing in the usual wheel.
