as fred stated gearsack sells them,
a cpl of years ago it was priced at around $400 including the bag,
they do sell the bag and rack seperately but it was a lot more exspensive.
not sure where your located, but theres a mc store here in parramatta that sold them
you could suss them out and see if there still available.

I picked up another Gearsack bag $160:00 to replace my tattered, broken, faided, stuffed zipper still waterproof, reliable  and done nearly 150,000 Kms one last week for my Beemer, which is mounted on a Ventura rack, and the guy at the bike shop told me that Gearsack Racks not bags, were no longer available???

Go figure

Mate,

GEARSACK also make a rear luggage rack that bolts straight on at the same points.
The bag for it is those big square ones from quite a few years ago. Main storage compartment, two side pockets and one at the front. All waterproof, some sort of heavy duty nylon with corner stiffeners and zippers.

Seen a quite a few of the racks on ebay but not the bags.
Don't know where you hail from but if it's Melbourne you'll pick up a second hand one at places like Ray Quincy's or bike bitz in Elizabeth st.

I've got one for mine when touring but no photos, sorry.

My machine is an '80G - I bought "off the rack' at my local bike shop - think it's a ventura -
the brackets fix to the shock mounts and the 2 tubes at the rear of the frame  - the rack slips into these brackets - simple and effective - can't remember the pricing tho
the brackets can be seen in this pic (at Philip Is.)
