Painted this bike last year. Its a Suzuki VN800... rest of the bike is a POS really but Neil was more than rapped. I can do the prep---rather not though, The Spray painter does the 2k clear.  Ive been known to work for beer.
*The owner fell off it a coupla times due to looking at himself in shop windows...haha instead of being a sensible rider.
*quite a common Harley owner problem so I hear...

Frelling... I love it :D  Im on a few bike forums, soon as you say CAR on one it comes up as POS..lol
I painted and airbrushed the XS myself. Ive been airbrushing for about 6 yrs now---Not my full time job but always keen.
I paint Bikes, guitars, helmets, nekid woman.....well theres always a 1st time. lol
Took me 6 mths to do the XS.  Few more bits do do, where I work we Powder Coat.  Also CNC Laser cutting , --which is a major part of my job.     Other bits that need powder coating--    the battery tray- maybe also the disc rotor centres,  And rear M/Cylinder.

Frreel Me.. :)

sack or similar?
Help! Im a computer retread....

OK thats sorted.Well the bike --1980 XS1100G  is still going great. 210,000 kms; on its 1st oversize.  Try that on your R1 kiddies...Coupla things I'd lke to sort. Im looking for a center stand---I had the one that came with the bike when I got it lijke 10 yrs ago but thought bah ...dont need it so threw it out.  Theres a few on FleaBay in the US  but id rather find locally.
Also Inlet manifolds.  Speedo cable has gone---rusted out at the connection to the Speedo gearbox @ front wheel. Looking in the original owners manual it looks like the assembly will come apart once the front wheels off. Hence the need for a center stand. Ive got a round Smiths speedo---still uses std XS11 cable. I know as I put a new on 5 yrs ago. Gotta remember to oil the fuckers.
I'd love to learn more about the history of this XS.  Ive got all the service records etc going back to 1984.  Shes been to Darwin twice, Perth - fucking all over really. Maybe someone remembers it.
Oh and Ive stopped drinking German beer.....Dutch beer is way better  :D
