Auction finished with only 6 bidders. Maxed out at $1925. Reserve wasn't reached not surprisingly.

I thought it was odd too  but maybe the drive hub has been modified  to look like a  shaftie   hollowed out to conceal the chain and spoket  ::)

Can't quite make out the "Chain Drive".
