I was referring to the bike itself, either the saloon or the Roundy  I figured would be mechanically A1 and ready to go at a moments notice.
looks like you might have to cut back to once a round QLD per week to get the trailer finished, You'll have to have a paint brush in each of those bare feet. and air dry the paint enroute to Bourke?
 might have to make another trophy for "who can carry the most shit" or "least ready to go one week out" or "fark is it May already"

Jonesy,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,waaaaaaaaayyyyyyyy back at the beginning of this little chat,, there were several engineering projects to be built before the rally,, remember ,,

weelll, one big one has been almost done,,{trailer},, we,ve also built a towbar for the family saloon as Ev is calling it,, the front end needed an eye cast over it and "adjusted",, the "other" has just this w/end been finished,,, and the front brakes still need attention,,,

and in my spare time I,m driving the length of Qld twice a week,

on a similar note  is there a rv point for the northern crew  was looking at the map   and general locales of the qld crew allowing for departure times  maybe rv dalby  or st george or toowomba

Hi Guys

I have just got back from Qld, where I bought a bus/motor home and drove it back over the last six days, lost a couple of days due to mechanical issues.  I came through Cobar & Broken Hill so we should have a good ride from SA, not sure what the weather will be like in 4 weeks time but this week it was very pleasant and I saw heaps of bikes on the roads, so lots of riders out there enjoying the highways.

Now to finish my bike and return over the same roads,

Brett mate, have you gotta decent jacket n gloves yet? Last year I had Ice form on my gloves in the first 10km's and it was effin cold scarf also a must
