I,d be reckoning your suggestion of the most original condition bike might be a good one,,

klm with out work, paint, chrome, type of thing

that,s if you,ve got enough spare time on your hands

AWARD CATEGORIES SUGGESTIONS

                                                      HELP!!!!!

I've got the usual suspects covered
Longest distance rider
     "          "        pillion
Oldest rider and bike combo( XS of course)
Youngest rider and bike combo (as above)
Peoples choice. Best bike
And a mystery one that one of the QLD boys concocted :-X

I've got enough material lying around for one more trophy.....what should the category be?

Suggestions accepted here or by PM

Thankyou for posting all that information, I'm quite happy with transferring $100 into the above mentioned account.

Could you also book me in for the paddle steamer cruise.

I look forward to seeing everyone there at Bourke.  :)

Cheers

After much much discussion, deliberation and several phone calls -and a husband walking around with his head in hands saying - it's only ten weeks away, it's only ten weeks away!!  :o
For those of you venturing to Bourke in May wishing to be included in the catering - which at this point will be:
                                                                           Friday - Dinner
Saturday -  Breakfast, Lunch, pre- dinner Drinks and nibblies
Sunday - Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner,
                                                                           Monday - Breakfast
We are TRYING to arrange the bush poetry, camp oven dinner for Saturday night which was enjoyed by all last year - there are new organisers this year and they are now doing it normally on a Thursday night so we will keep you posted on the outcome of this part.
A pro rata payment will be calculated if you are not going to be there for all of the above - and we will discuss this individually -so until numbers are definite the deposit for the above will be $100 to the account previously advised - please ensure you include your name on the reference when depositing so that we know who has contributed.

In addition I am intending to book any-one who is interested on the paddle steamer for Sunday aftrnoon - it leaves at 2.30pm and takes about an hour and costs $16/person - those who did this last year gave positive feedback and recommended it highly.

Participation in group catering is totally up to you - but we found last year this was a pretty easy alternative - we are also looking into a small mobile coldroom to keep everything in .

Any suggestions or  comments greatly appreciated.   ;D
