What Pete said, Eddy.
I'm not conversant with these high tech whizzbang RH bits. Only seen '79 and earlier carbs up close.

Plus, mine's the easy bit to check, so I'd look there first. Easy = better, right?

hi eddy,
the fuel height can effect the mixture settings,
also the pilot and air jets, they arent blocked
partially blocked,
u could also check that the off idle ports (the 3 little holes in the carb throat)
isnt blocked/partially blocked  also.
the rh has the later carbs errol so there not known to break
off like the eraly ones, but in saying that it wont hurt to check,
what colour flame is showing in the 2nd pot?

I'd remove that screw and check that the tip is not broken off. If so, it may still be stuck in place thwarthing any attempts to adjust the mixture.
Tip may also just be missing (better scenario)

Hi Folks,

Can I pick your Brains?

I used the magic carbitune and colourtune on my RH.

All Carbs synced up nicely.

Using the colourtune #1, #3 and #4 adjusted fuel mix beautifully......however

#2 would not adjust at all.

I set it at 2 turns and the bike runs better than it did before.

Reading the previous posts on "Popping" My motor now "Popps " (only on the LHS) when I back off.

Any advice??????????
