Recently took a little look at a few ...Member??.... profiles...........
It seems we have a false membership count regarding being active on here and of " Ever " having logged on..
One of the numerous examples is.....
http://xs1100.com.au/forum/index.php?action=profile;u=485It didn t take too long to see many many Nicknames on here that are not "Active"...nor have ever been active.....let alone contributing with posts in any degree.
If the profile created was logged on to even once..........it should show when they were last active.
I t s neither here nor there in the big picture but............maybe some housekeeping would be in order to remove those "Dead" profiles created for whatever reason.
No point in celebrating we have "X" amount of members........ when there is a reasonable amount that have never logged on in 2 years or more........ if ever!!
There can be many reasons as to this...........forgotten passwords...lost interest
...passed on / deceased
....devious BMW owners peeking out of jealousy
....crazy Germans (just being crazy)
.....pommies with dual citenzship (thinking they have to register twice)
.....multiple personality disorder
...cats running across the keyboard when no ones watching
.....paranoid schizophrenics
.......... .and so on.
