Hi Bert. I wouldn't go throwing your exhaust system out till you have a new one in your hands. They are very hard to come by. Judging by the pics you've supplied in the past, you need to get them to fit an XS1100RH or a Special (any year) as the mounting points are different to the ones fitted to the "Standard: models. In particular look for Special bits if looking in the USA as they haven't a clue what an RH is. Ditto for the centre stand as they are a bit shorter than the Standard ones.
Any chance you can get some more detailed pics posted up? It would help a LOT!
As Rhodie said, Ebay is a great friend to have when sourcing bits for these bikes.
