Thanks, excess.11    We have a scanner to change old photos into digital format, so there-by making the process easy. (is what the sales person said). The little missus has used the unit with sucess, compiling a coffee table book of her parents early years photos! Big W photo dept. makes them from your photos, cheap. My hope is that the road less travelled is more awakening (due to surprising incidents!) So a great shortcut  is appreciated, and thanks for your support.    Actually, a gaggle of photos taken on any trip can be turned into a book to leave on the table! You could have each trip, or the year's trips, compiled into a book to pick-up and view. I like it! The first ever rally for XS 1100 Australia could be a book on your coffee table...All this and I don't even work for big W..

Step by step procedure for getting your photos onto the forum are explained in the said topic on the home page.
A quick way to post your pic in the interim........... is to send it via an email to a member  here who can post it for you................ until you get the hang of it.
Feel free to click on my name and you will see my email on my profile.

Thanks again fellow active members!  I have been signing in for 120 mins each time, but didn't start typing until 90 mins, hence the time penalty. But now, always signed in.    Way to go.     I look forward to also to taking photos etc. so that I can ask someone how to post them. Must be easy, right. As computers are just logic.  My favourite photo is one under green fibreglass (laserlight) pergola, taken in '82 and made into a poster by my brother. Not good quality by todays standard, but greeny-black, nice!

Hello, (there that was quick) My name is Mark and I live in Bathurst N.S.W, and I am getting around to doing things before it is too late.  Not that there is anything in front of me except lifestyle diabetes and hip replacements.  I have owned an XS1100RH since I bought it new in march '82. Since then I should have been gaoled for neglect! The bike didn't do anything wrong, but life got in the way of living if you know what I mean. So now I find myself here and looking forward to the experiences it will bring. Thankyou,Pato.                                                        P.S. re 3rd time lucky, I figured it out. It takes me so long to type this, by the time I post it, I've been signed out!
