January 5 2012 post!!!! Read it, im getting feedback from xs 11 enthusiasts, and sharing the progress of a first time prototype where else am i supposed to do this on a streetcorner asking a bunch of cb750 riders????

i read it what was ur point?
u werent sharing anything, just stated what u were doing.
i asked if it was a secret, ur words, "ur on the fence"  about sharing,
if that was the case for others, guys would still be splitting there cases
to do the 2nd gear fix.
for me i was just curious about what u were doing and how u went about it.

if you think it {the idea} has turned out better than you expected, and may be worth something, maybe look into putting a patent on it.

I am doing the same with a couple of my projects,, they are very different and may be the only ones of they,re kind,,

the patent office will tell you yah or nay

Hi Steveo, just wondering what scale of inches you use over in the states? Just got the measurements from a local bike wreckers of one of those swingarms and it comes in at 23.5 inches between the swingarm pivot and the inside edge of the chain adjuster slots, which puts it at least 7.5 inches longer than stock which is what it looks like in the pics.

I wish i could but the frame stiffners consist of roung stock inside the frame where the shock mounts up all you can see outside is two welds on the shock bracket

I was a bit confused when I saw the SF sidecover on the bike in the pic, as they don't fit on a standard. That sorted now, any chance of some more shots of the frame mods??

Been doing some Detective work of my own..............

Snow at sea level has been recorded on mainland Australia but has happened more times in Tasmania, and some of the snow at sea level has fallen in the off season like summer. Snow has fallen nearly everywhere in Tasmania, though it is rare to fall in the north coast at sea level. Snow is rare in the southernmost capitals like Melbourne and Hobart, falling less than once every ten years, and in the other capitals it is unknown (however snow has fallen in the hill suburbs of Perth and Adelaide). However, there are extensive, well-developed ski fields in the Great Dividing Range, a few hours' drive from Melbourne and Sydney.[7]

The occasional cold snap, caused by cold air drifting north from Antarctica, can cause significant snowfall in rural areas, as well as major cities such as Hobart, Melbourne's outer mountain suburbs and Canberra. Such occasions are rare, but have occurred in 1951, 1986 and 2005.
