Hey Clutch,
Eveready is right, mine is a 15 Litre tank although when I filled it up it took 15.4 Litres, the weekend of the 17th and  18th is too hectik, but after new year I'd be quite happy to meet you in Goulburn, anyone else from Canberra fancy a run?

Hi Clutch, you would've been pushing for some time as Lou's RH tank only holds 15 litres.
But, not so scary for you. Your tank holds 24 litres unless it's got some hidden (filled) imperfections, so you should have had a bit more up your sleeve than you thought.

G'day beemeer11,
 you on special or std, I did 269ks on a tank pretty hard riding Penrith to Goulburn via bells line , Oberon, Taralaga, 49ks on reserve and the pump said I took 21.99 litres (not bad for a 22 l tank).
real busy time of year and I would take any chance for a ride maybe meet in Goulburn early new year, (anyone else?)

How many XS's are there in Canberra?

Did a 500K ride on the weekend with the Vintage club, took the XS and started to get cramped towards the end of the days rides, so it will be interesting to do the big one next year, don't know how it compares to others but I litterally rolled into the servo in Crookwell, a hole 214kms out of a tank, 44 of that was on reserve.

I'm not far out of Canberra, how about a meet and greet or coffee or beer or whatever? If there is someone in Yass or Cooma, Goulburn or surrounds lets us know?
