I was having some trouble hunting down a XJR exhaust but I think I am starting to get some were.
Here is the part number list from Yamaha.

Although the FJ1200 exhaust looks very similar it does have different part numbers. At first I thought it might be some thing small such as a clip or something that would make no difference when putting it on the XS1100 but now I am finding sellers stating the collector box is universal for fj and xjr
CLICK FJ,XRJ collector
It has been said elsewere that the headers for the FJ will fit although foul the oil cooler. They again look the same as the XJR to me.
Anyone know for sure?

From what I see I like it  :D

But that video was only 10mins long and ended before any welding or fitting of silencers, would have been nice to see the finished article.  :(

Brian there were a few like that at the 2008 rally, sounded quite good.
I have not done this ...yet... it was a set of pictures from Bill Elsey (Mad Bill)
He said there was a good power increase and fuel was better
