Can anyone assist with a set of Krauser K1 pannier racks?
I have actually a new old stock set of krauser racks and top box plate (a bit like a meccano set really), but they are not the set Im looking for,they are I believe for the next model of pannier after the older K1, the one I need are an alloy with a slightly hollowed rear or rack frame. OR I believe the round (13mm or so ) tube stlye for the pannniers.
Id really love to be able to use the panniers I have , but my racks set are both broken and past welding /repair. The alloy looks like honeycomb where they have broken.
Possibly due to poor fitment /bracing by prior owner? I dont want to blame him but Its looking like that was the problem.
Anyway, any assistance greatfully accepted, if you have something gathering dust, let me know and we will sort something.
