all the family up there made it through but my son and his wife lost the lot.

Trees fences and house all gone. Just a bald spot on top of Mt. Stuart where they used to live.
Luckily channel 10 had the forsight to put their equipment and generator is a purpose built concrete shelter. Being in there, hearing it all must have been no fun but it did it's job well.

got a son and his wife living up on Mt Stuart at Towsville where the BOM radar station is.
They are bunkard down in a concrete shelter 8' under the radar.

nephews and nieces all at Ayr.

Wished them well and good luck about 10 min ago.
